Carmenton is growing, and is now home to two buildings that house this collaboration – the Energy Advancement and Innovation Center (EAIC) and the Pelotonia Research Center (PRC). These buildings include spaces for research, collaboration and events. Certain spaces are available for reservation by ERIK and building occupants to promote research, innovation, collaboration and partnerships across campus and with external stakeholders. External requests for space are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Carmenton Event Spaces
- Reservation requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis on the following timelines:
- 60 days out for recurring meetings and seminars
- 45 days out for events serving alcohol
- 30 days out if a caterer or third-party vendor will be used or non-Ohio State entities
- Seven days out for simple room reservations
- Requests for after-hours events (outside of regular business hours) and recurring meetings will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- The requesting party will be responsible for garbage removal, or any additional event needs.
- In rare instances, reservations may need to be re-accommodated in order to support priority events.
Energy Advancement and Innovation Center Event Hall (room 130)
