About this event

Join the Office of Knowledge Enterprise for this two-hour workshop, designed for early- to mid-career faculty interested in developing a concrete plan for their short-term and long-term research agenda.

Keep your research goals on track this year by setting aside some time to map out your research agenda. Rachel Kajfez, Assistant Vice President for Talent and Team Development will share practical steps and tools for early and mid-career faculty to break down long-term research goals into short-term action plans. In the second hour, participants will have an opportunity to engage with a panel of faculty from across the university to learn about their pathways and research planning strategies. Panelists will reflect on topics such as when and how to change course, planning around life events, and pursuing interdisciplinary research. Questions for panelists can be submitted in advance or during the workshop.
